E-Mail Bills and Statement
When
e-mailing bills, users can now change the e-mail
subject line to include custom information, like
the invoice number and the client name.

|
In
previous versions of Timeslips you could not
include database tokens in the subject line of
an email - now you can. This means when you
email an invoice or statement from Timeslips the
subject line can include the clients name and
invoice number, therefore making it more
customised. |

Clients Not Billed Report
This
report will show you all clients that were not
billed during previous billing cycles.
 |
Used
after billing, this report will ensure all the
clients you wanted to bill were actually billed
- in a nutshell
it will prevent lost revenue
to your firm. |

Custom Fields
Create new numeric fields that can be assigned
custom values and can be associated with
specific names. This data can be used to select,
sort, and subtotal records on reports, allowing
for more powerful custom report calculations. In
addition, new
custom field types can store money, percent,
hours, and number values.
 |
The
addition of these new custom field types means
there is a lot more flexibility available for
reporting. One simple example is a
"Budget"
Client Custom Field. Use this field to track
budgets and create a simple user defined summary
report to report on the variance. |
